Your Listings.
If your business scores highly enough against the search criteria set down by the customer, your listing will appear in the search results.
What they'll look like:
Listings show everything that's known about your business in the context of the category the customer is searching, including a link to see all your past feedback comments.
The coloured bars to the right of the listing indicate your average score in the various feedback areas for the category. Hover your mouse over the coloured bars to see their meaning. This method of representing scores graphically is being reviewed at the moment.
"Envelope" icon: When a customer clicks on this they are taken to a form that allows them to send you an email. To protect you from spam, they are never shown your email address.
Highlighted search criteria: Notice that some of the "areas of expertese" have been highlighted. These are the ones that match the essential/desirable qualities specified by the customer when they input their search criteria.
"Select this tradesman": The customer can tick this box if they want to have the system send you a text message and / or email on their behalf. They must register with the website before using this facility to avoid abuse.
